📸 Photography Service Terms & Guidelines

To make sure your experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free, please review the following service guidelines before booking:

💼 Pricing & Packages

• Rates: All sessions are priced based on the selected package and scope of work.

• BYOP (Bring Your Own Props): Clients are welcome to bring personal props. Specialty props can be discussed in advance if needed.

📍 Travel & Distance

• Travel Range: I am willing to travel within an agreed-upon distance.

• Extended Travel: Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area (to be discussed prior to booking).

⏱️ Editing & Delivery Timeline

• Editing Time: Edited photos will be delivered within a clearly stated timeframe after the session.

• Rush Edits: Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

💳 Payment & Deposits

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment will be provided during booking.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Grace Period: Cancellations or reschedules made within the grace period may be eligible for a date change without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations outside the grace period may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

🎶 Music & Atmosphere

• Music: Music can be provided by the client or played during the session.

• Speaker: Please let me know if you would like me to bring a speaker or if you’ll be providing one.
